This
is the, rather overdue, review for August’s book, which was the brilliant
‘Undone’ by Cat Clarke. My vocabulary has been rendered pretty much inadequate
by the feelings (Oh, the feels *dramatic sigh*) that this book has left me
with, so please bear with me.
Hazarding
a guess, because I wasn’t actually there, I’d say that the general consensus
for ‘Undone’ was a four star rating, which was definitely warranted. It was a
thought-provoking and enthralling read that, granted, did make me want to hit
something hard/scream/sob at times. But in a good way! The ending… Just... Gah.
